Eastbound and Down…

I’m typing this from my hotel room in the luxurious Doubletree Hotel in lovely, warm Rochester, NY…well, at least the Doubletree is a decent hotel, because it sure ain’t warm…

I will be on the East Coast all week which means limited blogging, which is OK with no Hawks games until Saturday.

We still have the Swiss/Sweden Bronze Medal Game and the U.S./Canada Gold Medal Game tomorrow in the World U20 Championships…I’ll have to find a sports bar here to watch as much as my schedule will allow.

As far as last night goes…it wasn’t a great game by any means…looked like two teams playing their fifth game in eight nights.  Everett got a couple fortunate bounces and they got a 2-1 win.

I should try and get some sleep…the 6:00 AM, err, 9:00 AM meeting will come early tomorrow…
