Kyle Madsen was hurt in an early first period scrum and had to be helped off the ice with a knee injury…he’ll be evaluated in Portland this week, but it appears to be a long-term injury.  Also, Adam Basford tweaked an ankle yesterday…he is week-to-week.

  1. I understand that pre-season games don’t count, and get the purpose of them.

    That being said, I’m getting excited as to what this years team might accomplish. I think we look pretty damn good so far. I think we are gonna win some games this year!

  2. Glad to see the boyz are getting off to a decent start this season.

    Question that is somewhat off topic…is there a possibility of reviving the podcasts of the game broadcasts for those of us that live overseas and want to keep up with the team?
