Brad Ross had a goal and an assist and was named the Player of the Game for Team Pacific in their opening game, a 6-5 win over Team Russia. Troy Rutkowski also scored a goal for Pacific in the victory.
Keith Hamilton was the back-up as Everett goaltender Kent Simpson got the victory.
