First off…Brad Ross, Troy Rutkowski and Keith Hamilton have been selected to represent Team Pacific at the World U17 Championships at the end of December. Congrats to all three.

Matt Schmermund and the Portland Winter Hawks have parted ways and it appears that Schmermund will wind up in the AJHL to finish out his 20 year old season. Schmermund appeared in 118 games for the Hawks, scoring 12-18-30 and adding 128 penalty minutes.
